Outside/ Inside Sales Representative

Location: Austin, Texas

As a Sales Representative with Saturn Barter Company you will be meeting with business owners and decision makers from appointments that you have made from prospecting, cold calling, leads provided from business referrals and our in-house appointment setters. Sales Representative Expectations:

  • Bring in new business through lead generation, networking, prospecting, appointment-setting and closing sales.
  • Develop and present barter/trade benefits to prospects based on client’s needs.
  • Manage the sales funnel effectively by converting prospects into clients and clients into advocates.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through solid sales, excellent follow-up and customer service.
  • Practice effective time management.
  • Contribute to a fun and successful team.
  • Consistently reach revenue goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Reliable Transportation
  • 1+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience selling business-to-business, dealing directly with business owners considered helpful.
  • Excellent work ethic, high energy, integrity and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Financially driven and highly disciplined.
  • Positive attitude to provide excellent service and support to customers, co-workers and management.
  • Confidence in a variety of settings and an unshakeable belief in yourself and your product.
